It's better to write all your work experience in the last ten years even not in the 29 NOC list. In the "order of preference", you will write your all NOCs starting with the one related to the present 29 NOC list. Of course, you must back it up with Certificate of Employment. :)

I'm just curious, You're NOC is not in the 29 NOC list and yet you have submitted your application?

I don't know if the CIC immigration officer or Local VO officer will get a ruler and measure your photograph from chin to crown, or your face or the exact dimension of your photo. There will always be a tolerance in any case and any guide rules.
