Yes, you can have 2 different currencies as POF, or even only in Peso (local currency).

Many FSW applicants' applications were rejected because they submitted Academic Test-IELTS instead of the General Training -IELTS. Do not take this rule for granted.

As far as I know, parents are not considered as your dependents in your application as a FSW. I'm not sure if FSW3 have the same rule with FSW1. Family members to be considered as dependents are: spouse, children.
