I think medical is always required for PR application.

Address keeps changing. It does not have to be the same address on the passport as your current address. Enter your current address. May be attach ID with current address as well (This is optional).

Agreed...definitely kudos to them. Also on start processing the 2019 application. They could have said we are finishing the 2017 or 2018 application. Still anxious though....why its not moving..can't help with that... :D
