Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship 2019

Hi everyone. I got the AOR/File # on July 11th and ECAS shows in process for sponsor and applicant and it also says "We sent you correspondence on July 16, 2019. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible". However I have not got any email for document request. I cannot link the application to my CIC account. I tried with file number and last name, file number and UCI number and then passport info or city/country of birth and I put 2 for number of people in the application (my mom and dad) but it says "Based on the information you entered, we found no applications.". Can someone please help me with linking the application to myCIC?

counting family member for link to Mycic use formula = [ sponsor+if cosigner] no kids + [PA+if Dep]
use PA passport details and Date

try calling IRCC and get the information..

I would also check the junk or spam box.

Some people from early June called the call center and agents advised their file will be reviewed in August. We will definitely see what is the case next week.

Just to remind you guys the excel sheet that we are following has only 446 applicants. So basically there are still 26000 something applicants out there who are not on this forum. Just imagine the workload on IRCC with 26000+ application. We can't just predict, assume, guess or get upset comparing just few application within the spreadsheet. There's a whole lot out of this forum and the way this year processing is going on I give kudos to CIC personnel's. Especially you might have noticed that there is not a single complaint from any one yet for unanswered calls to CIC. Everyone is getting responses over the phone.
Remember the people who were the most impatient before the invitation are the loosers right now. Hold your nerve and everyone will win. Good luck to everyone.

My application was received on May 6 and no updates since then. Not much worried for now, but am considering contacting IRCC later next week if no updates by then. Do you suggest calling them or sending case-specific enquiry?

Thanks @robertp I linked the application to myCIC now. But there is no message in my CIC either.

I called CIC and they told me they don't see any document request either and probably there were some internal corresponding on July 16th but not a real document request!

Agreed...definitely kudos to them. Also on start processing the 2019 application. They could have said we are finishing the 2017 or 2018 application.


Still anxious though....why its not moving..can't help with that...

Kindly let me know. My Parents in Law have completed Biometric and Medical, just waiting for PCC request, so would like to know. Thanks

Hi I have a question, on which email they will send the AOR?

1) The email used to submit EOI
2) The email address sponsor used in IM1344 (Application to sponsor/ sponsor ship agreement and undertaking)
3) The email address of PA (Parents)
