I would ask MPNP officers first. My personal opinion - Academic IELTS will be accepted without any additional questions. It's well-known fact that Academic IELTS is "improved and complicated" version of General version.

Bice, they will contact you in case of any additional documents required. If you provided your credit card details - just check if it's billed for 550CAD by BC. If yes - it's accepted and in progress. As an option, you can try to call/write them.
