Yep, to be clear, I had to add that LMO is not required to apply if you're outside Canada. To work in Canada during the PNP processing time you, obviously, have to get LMO first.

newcanad, BC PNP doesn't have point system. So the decision depends on PNP officer's opinion. Your confusion is related to FSW only. Ask your question in Skilled Worker / Professional Immigration section.

Each PNP has its own selection criteria. Specify in what province you're now or what PNP you're looking at. FSWP is not related to PNP.
