ppp123, I suppose you're in Canada now, right? There is small confusion - your VO listed as Ottawa, but applied outside Canada. If you're in Canada now - let me correct the table accordingly.

In such cases they're returning the whole application package back. If your return address remain the same - you will get it back. Second option (if you've attached payment) - they're checking your documents.
