is there anyone can advice me?bc pnp application received at the vancouver office nov.16,2012.why until now,i did not receive any comments or responce from them if there something wrong in my application?need immediate advice.thanks....

they will contact you in case of any additional documents required.
If you provided your credit card details - just check if it's billed for 550CAD by BC. If yes - it's accepted and in progress.

As an option, you can try to call/write them.
