Calls only work inside Canada. Some people say it might work if you call thru a "party call" with someone in Canada. Most people have not been able to call from outside Canada.

It's happening to some people, some people are "skipping" some e-mails. It might be due to the expedition of the process to get to the goals that were set. Nothing to worry about.

Go to the gov. website, enter your data as requested and download the application package. The application package is different depending on dependents, country, etc. Also, is important to check your application package again before sending the application, in case some forms were updated.

Well, best case scenario they finish April by the end of the month and finish May and June by the end of November, therefore, we get AOR in December. But I think January is more realistic. Worst case scenario, I would say March. If we get AOR in March they would only have 4 months to process...
