I declined my previous ITA, corrected my profile and got the new ITA under CEC.

Please remember that as long as you qualify for both FSW and CEC, the system will always generate ITA for FSW

That is correct. My point is that work experience under primary NOC can be inside or outside Canada. It doesnt have to be foreign only.

I think if you have one year of continuous work experience under same NOC, whether inside or outside Canada, you become eligible for FSW

My Canadian work experience is NOC 4011, foreigb work experience 6 months 4011 six months 2133. still i qualified for both.

CEC does not have any funds requirement. just enter whatever amount you have in your account. The PoF requirement is for FSW only.
