New ITA letter has wrong points - opinions wanted

Hi, I received an ITA in the 5th draw with 503 points but I had included work that I shouldn't have so I declined it. My points are now 453 and I received another ITA today in the 6th draw, but the letter of invitation still has my old points, even though I updated my profile last week. Has this happened to anyone else? I think I'll have to decline this invite too but how do I know the system will update for the next draw and give it based on my correct points, is anyone else experiencing a similar problem?

That seems like some batch job update failure issue. Perhaps call CIC and talk to them once.

Yeah I'd get on the phone with CIC. It might not matter very much though but please let us know how it turns out.

What was the profile showing after you updated it? 453 or 503 points?

Remember, if you accept this ITA, you will have to prove 503 points. Do take your time to solve this issue before you apply; contact CIC through their call centre and keep your profile number ready.

Keep declining is not good.
Whats the guarantee that next one will have correct scores ??

After I updated it the profile was showing 453 points Visaowl (that was last Monday and I received a confirmation email that my account had been updated) but my letter says 503. Yes I agree, I will have to decline it. Ffs

I am wiaiting for my ITA.....and I declined in the previous round......but my points are supposed to remain the same.....i'll let you know if anything changes in my ITA, once i get it hopefully

Were your points the same for both ITAs Auone? They did not change after you declined the first one?
