If the 60 days have passed and you haven't contacted them, they will give you a final notice to comply saying that you have 30 days or 15 days to send the requested documents or else they will process your application with the information...

My application was received on March 18 2014 and I'm still waiting for IP. Most people around my timeline got already PPR so I'm wondering who else is behind waiting for IP or DM? Hope I'm not the only one :/

March 18 applicant here, no IP. An april applicant got PPR today.

you just need to submit proof of your marriage(marriage certificate translated in english if it's not in english) and fill a form for it. google ainp marriage for or something. i went through the same process. AINP won't give you a hard time. CIC will though.

getting DM or PPR without IP hardly ever happens. Getting PPR when you have IP skipping DM is common.

RCMP doesn't have anything to do with your application that's why they didn't know. When you email CIC, the person who responds you sees your file and sees what outstanding documents you have. He doesn't see what you see in your notes. At the time you didn't have any outstanding documents...
