Strategic recruitment is better than international student. You need to have a dregree from a University in Alberta for this. This isn't employer driven, international student stream is.

they cancelled the employer driven steam... pretty much they cancelled everything. now they have a new way to do the certificates. Not first in first out but based on your NOC.
