I second niravk. If you create multiple rows under experience section, then you will be required to submit multiple reference letters. This might not be possible as your company may issue only a single reference letter for your entire stay in the organization.

You need minimum IELTS CLB 7 (6,6,6,6) to be eligible. Retake your IELTS to improve your score.

You don't need 10/10+2 certificates. B.Tech should suffice!

IMO, if the references letters are from previous employers then it should not get expired (as the job duties have not changed). Also, typically previous employers may not issue reference letter more than once. If its from the current employer, then you may request for a new one.

Get in touch with your university. Each university have their own standard processes. Some might attest your mark sheet and give it in a sealed cover. While some might only send a formal transcript directly to WES. Hope it help !!

How did you get CLB 6.5 score? Are you referring to IELTS score? Yes, CLB 7 is required for all IELTS modules (L-6, R-6, W-6, S-6) to qualify for FSW (express entry).
