In the NDVO twitter handle (@CanadainIndia) they have mentioned the following - "Applying for CDN visa? Please note we are experiencing record high volumes & longer than normal processing times across our India network." So I guess it's gonna be a long wait :(

I received AOR on 20th Feb. Medicals still shows Not needed at this time. My clinic confirmed that they uploaded the report on 25th Feb. Typically how long does it take for medical status to change?

I don't think that's the case. If you scroll through this thread, you can find info about people preparing draft from ICICI, HDFC etc.. These days banks are asking for Form15CA and CB which needs to be prepared by a chartered accountant.

Sending documents through speed post may take close to a month for delivery. It might be waiting for customs clearance. I personally had a bad experience when my university sent transcripts through Indian Speed Post for WES ECA. I'd recommend to monitor the status in Canada post website.
