I called CIC only once when my passport was delayed and - suddenly - the passport was dispatched the same day I made the call. The guy who picked my call was very helpful. He opened my file (GCMS, I guess) and told me that the passport arrived, but there wasn't a note stating that the passport...

Same here! I just got my passport. However, my CoPR is a bit weird. I don't see last entry date or anything like that (all BLANK). I quickly search the forum and I found that you can land anyways. I can't believe that CIC can't print the CoPR correctly! Anyways, I'm planning to land next weekend...

No, you don't have to send a notification to CIC as far as I know. They are just considering your experience based on your application and all the support document you haven sent to CIC so far. If they don't ask for it, you shouldn't send it. That's my point of view. Hope it helps!

I wouldn't lie about your status. You're not PR yet (even though you're super close). It's a tough call though. Best of luck!

My return tracker is active! My passport is coming home :D Little bit weird that I called CIC today and suddenly my passport is on its way. Maybe it worked or it's just a coincidence.
