My passport reached Ottawa and was delivered. However, nobody wanted to sign even though I marked as required. Grrrr

I neither have a lawyer nor called CIC. It was just the normal processing time, even though I think our applications could have been approved a long time ago if CIC hasn't had issues with the quote reached, citizenships, etc.

Finally my ECAS shows Decision Made. Clearly reflects that ECAS is useless to track down your application. I was "In-Process" for 2 business days before getting PPR (changed on Friday and got PPR on Monday).

Yes, my status was In-Process. However, don't pay attention to the status. I remember 1 guy from February who go PPR with Application Received after his Medicals were uploaded. It's a matter of how frequently your VO manages your application rather than reflecting your real status properly.

I'm feeling like Friday is PPR day for a few folks here!

I would communicate this to CIC and also mention again that your husband is Canadian. This neither should be an issue nor delay your application. Best of luck and hope you get PPR soon!
