Contact the call-centre. As mentioned in another topic, I was informed that there is a new guideline that requires cases to be closed if an applicant doesn't show up for his oath. It might be that also the regulation regarding tests has changed.

At my interview, the CIC clerk told me that heaps of changes have been raining down on them, lately. One of the newest changes is that a file is apparently closed if an applicant doesn't show up for his oath. Those applicants used to get a second invitation before.
