Hi everyone,

Someone I know has taken pre-test RQ document lightly and may have not submitted all paper-work or filled it out properly but doesn't remember what was submitted or not. What should be submitted with Pre-TEST RQ and would it be OK to submit them now? They had test in June, 2014 but pre-test RQ is from 2011.

Thanks,

Your question is too vague. The RQ outlines fairly well what should be submitted. The list of documents depends on the applicant. Someone who is a self-employed consultant and is single will have to submit completely different docs from a married couple with kids, working in regular companies.
Your friend should check with CIC/ATIP in what state the application is. I believe RQ forms have changed since then anyhow.

Doesn't remember if there was a document check list. There was a form which was filled with school or work history. I don't think any doctors notes or NOA was submitted and wondering if that should be submitted now which is second part of my question or would that delay the case?

After test did citizenship officer tell you anything about the RQ and documents submitted with it ? what did he ask you during the interview ? If you want you can submit more documents but do not know if that would be helpful.
