    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2012

@bethfaint We have the same timeline. I was planning to call CIC today but I couldn't bother to wait almost an hour to speak to an agent to get the same dumb response

@jolly So how will keeping our applications longer deal with the so called marriage frauds?

    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2012

@Jolly I'm depressed and confused all in one. They couldn't give a damn about us. Nine months this week! Nothing! Nothing! There is nothing this govt is doing will improve the lives of the waiting immigrants

    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2012

@necessary this government is not serious about attracting the brightest to this country at all. Look at how they adjudicate their immigration system. How can someone wait up to 3 yrs without hearing about the progress of their application

@Morrigan Just use the years (eg 1999-2000) and write a letter of explanation to the officer stating what you've said in the post. That will make things OK

@Nigea I heard there's nothing in the notes that would be relevant to me before AIP. When I spoke to the call centre agents,3 of them said that background is active, and iI don't have AIP yet

@CG I thank you very much and I did speak my mind in the comments section of the questionnaire. I thought they'd have made mention of Canada's attitude toward foreign credentials but I didn't relent to add it in the comments section

@computergeek Its $450 he told me and he said he saw the letter that his cousin has landed. I asked him if the guy ever went to any interview at anytime. He said "No!" He even was assuring me that I'll soon be hearing something because my application went in around the same time. A few...

    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2012

My friend just messaged me a while ago that his cousin got a letter from CIC that he's landed and he'll get his PR card when he sends in the $450. He said they had his passport too. Has anyone ever heard of anyone getting landed without going to a landing interview?

    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2012

@hkalltheway I understand your plight, however, your lengthy wait time doesn't make it easier for us who are waiting just a few months behind you. Many of us haven't heard a word from CIC since AOR was sent. Waiting on this process to complete isn't easy on none of us; no matter our...

Jason Kenney might not be happy at all on his new portfolio. If he were performing exceptionally well he'd not be replaced. Something tells me that the prime minister wasn't very impressed with his modus operandi. Let's bombard the new minister with emails now to let him know what we are...

    INLAND APPLICATIONS 2013

@computergeek Thank u very much for the assurance. Geek, the call centre told me that my background checks were active, what do they mean by this? And why would they commence these checks before sponsor approval, or before I'm eligible?
