Yes some VOs like NDVO do send MR + PPR together. The PP is retained until processing (usually a few months) of MR & criminality check is complete and Visa issued.

Don't worry you will get it, the process is a bit slow.

Generally NDVO looks to be pretty quick once they have things in their hands, it's really positive news that you have heard from them. Lets hope that they send you the much awaited PPR and MR together, soon.

I would agree, the way it is now gives a very clear indication of timelines and also the process comparison between different VOs. I would just continue as it is. Good Work!

Count min 3 to max 4 weeks from Feb 27th.
