Hi billy0420, are you sure it's the PPR that you received? As far as I know it is the last step in the PR application process - they would need to receive your MR first, check it, and then after a few weeks request for your passport to be stamped with the PR visa.

Yes some VOs like NDVO do send MR + PPR together. The PP is retained until processing (usually a few months) of MR & criminality check is complete and Visa issued.

Hi, I received email from CIO that they have cashed my cheque on March 21st, they also sent me Application Number and another number called UCI number. they also mentioned that my application is complete and forwarded to my visa office stated in application(delhi)

Can someone tell me if this letter is called AOR or New Delhi Visa office will send me another number.

Sorry i forgot to give you the date. Letter stated March 21st. and draft cashed date march 15.

bank could not confirm cheque cashed date till March 21st also.

Yes, This letter is your AOR, I see in the track sheet that applicats for New Delhi, receive a letter in about 2 month, just check.
