Example - VOs other than CPP-O give some kind of financial info/receipts stating that a fee payment was made and all, where as CPP-O doesn't state anything other than, "a file was created at RPC". Hmmm, interesting. The only way out, I could speculate at this moment is that they might ask us to submit our PP at our nearest or local VO. Only a speculation though :) I guess we need to wait and watch.

For folks currently residing outside of the US or CAN, having visa office assigned as Buffalo, I wonder how they are expected to send their PP for PPR. Obviously sending an Indian PP overseas by mail is not permitted. I am sure they shouldn't expect someone to actually travel to the US to submit...

It displays "Code 130", I read somewhere that Code 130 indicates priority processing and if I am not mistaken all CSQs indicate that code /or priority processing. Not sure if it makes much difference though.

There are folks who's fees got en-cashed and AOR generated without PCC. I think they will ask for it later when they start processing your case. Telling them upfront and bringing it to notice is your choice. For Medicals, send them an email with your query - if their set date doesn't work for you.

@sfawzy2002 - I got my CSQ when I was in US. I currently live in India and I had selected ND-India as VO for processing my PR. CIO however assigned CPP-Ottawa/Buffalo as my actual VO. I guess, you just need to follow what they assign...and not what you choose in your form...
