I am agree with rawdah that bhaumik should prepare fresh application but then How to manage IELTS TRF and DD already he sent to CIO?

Is their any example who have sent documents to merge and they failed to do that in forum, i am asking for just reference?

I think get fresh reference letters from employers and send to CIO they will merge that because one person in forum did that in his case he sent new credit card detail with fee payment form and it is accepted as he got his PER
