I think get fresh reference letters from employers and send to CIO they will merge that because one person in forum did that in his case he sent new credit card detail with fee payment form and it is accepted as he got his PER

Apart from fee payment form, other documents may not be merged by CIC.

Many applicants failed to merge their docs (except fee payment form) with their original application. However Floxzy reported to have sent additional travel forms later which may have been merged with the original application, she got PER.

All the best!! Hope to get my MR very soon !!

Guys,

I am going to the bank to make my RPRF DD. Just wanted to confirm, if the amount is (28900*2)= 57800 for me and my hubby. Hope no fees for the kids. Also, the DD can be drawn from any HDFC bank in Mumbai, correct?

The bank draft should be made for the exact amount 57800 and in favour of "Canadian High Commission" or "Receiver General for Canada" payable at New Delhi.

Please confirm guys, so that no chnages are required later.

Hi Vats,

Any news from NDVO?? Hope we receive it soon.

Dear Bhaumick,

I will start with following Note from Document Checklist which says:

NOTE: If you are unable to provide any of the requested documentation, include with your application, a written explanation with full details as to why that documentation is unavailable and any documentation that would support your claim. If your documentation lacks any of the documents without a reasonable justification, it will be returned to you, or in certain circumstances could result in the refusal of your application.

Having referred that, let's come back to you question now. Your case is similar to my case except two things:

1. I was not able to provide reference letters therefore I wrote explanation for my all 3 employments stating why reference letters are not available and what I am providing as alternatives. These explanations were written to comply with the NOTE in Document Checklist so that my application shouldn't be returned (as incomplete) or refused (as not eligible).

2. One of my previous employer has written one sentence about my major job functions (designed, installed and commissioned) on the experience letter and others required information was also available in different official documents. Therefore, I referred those document as alternatives of reference letter in explanation.

Your application has to clear two phases; completeness and eligibility. It totally depends on Visa Officer if he/she considers your application complete without an explanation (as reference letters are missing) and eligible without job description & responsibilities (as these are not declared by employers).

I wish you good luck buddy.

Thanks buddy, Actually few of my experience letters and offer letters do describe one or two lines about responsibilities. I have also provided a separate sheet. moreover two of my job titles matches with the NOC classification. And my experience is with multinational conglometates, very reputable internationally. i hope they consider my case positively
Thanks for your wishes mate

Dear Forum Members & Seniors

What’s your prediction on timeline between Passport Sent to Decision Made, for Other Visa Offices is 30 -45 DAYS, Any guess if NDVO can follow the same timeline for May 2013 applicants?

We are nearing to a WAITING TIME of 1 month SO can expect few Decision made status in 15 days……..

It’s the FINAL WAITING TIME…… Seriously it’s Damn Killing……… ::) ::) ::)

Great KTM. Last waiting phase, and it will pass away soon with the maple leaf on your passport.

Few questions, I would like to ask.
On what date did you send your docs thru VFS, I mean how many days it took for your docs to be received by NDVO. Also, any specifications on the envelope to be used for sending the docs.
-I gave my documents on 20 Dec Friday and NDVO received it on 23 Dec Monday (sorry previously I had wrote 24 Dec as alert email from VFS had came on 24 Dec.) Please Note that I'm sending my passport from Nepal. They put all documents in their special folder.
Hey KTM.. Nice to hear your recent developments and good luck for VISA.
As right now I am out of Nepal right now..they mentioned in the mail as " As of February 1, 2013, the Canadian Cooperation Office in Kathmandu can no longer forward immigration documents on behalf of the High Commission of Canada in New Delhi. As a result, we are unable to return your passport to you via the Canadian Cooperation Office (Kathmandu)."
I dont know what this actually means?? And how do you plan to receive your passport back after visa?? Will VFS do on behalf?? If yes, How will they inform the arrival of the passport back to Nepal vfs??
