System will ask you for your file number three times just listen it don't answer it then your call auto direct to the executive and to him you can ask about your file number and status

You can call to 0016139444000 and then 1-1-2-1-2-1 then system will ask to enter your 8 digit file number three times and it will auto direct to their executive

But didn't get PER should i have to wait for few days or have to call CIC? Seniors please, your suggestions are highly required :( :( :( :( :(

Yes send PCC which you got from PSK, but PCC from commissioner also valid..

How you get UCI number? to check ECAS status
