They wont help. I got a response out his office a few weeks ago but all they do is check your status with IRCC, give you the update and offer to check it for you again in two months. It amazes me that a Government Minster has no pull to grease the wheels of progress at public sector organization.

I definitely think they see more than they tell us but I imagine they have rules about what they can and can't say, particularly when it comes to setting expectations.

@Kirty I submitted bank statements on the 10th of December. No movement on my file yet. I actually just called IRCC. Seems their system is down. They can't call up anyone's information. Fastest I've ever gotten an agent on the phone. She kept saying if someone was more than 8 weeks in review...
