Ok thanks @legalfalcon . Does added mean they reviewed are reviewed by a case officer or does it mean they that only at that point are the new documents in a position to be reviewed by a case officer whenever they circle back to the application.

I submitted some bank statements and a letter of explanation under a CSE 4 weeks (28 days) ago. I did this as my proof of funds letter was flagged for review required in my gcms notes. Possibily because of a large balance. I got the generic email confirming receipt of documents about three days...
