Don't think there is an international number. I think you have to spoof it with a virtual dialer. I just use google voice as it allows free calls. Technically those of us outside Canada aren't entitled to phone support. If you do use google add *67 before the number to block your location...

Today is 5 months since I submitted additional documents proactively. They haven't reviewed them yet or touched my case in 246 days. Unbelievable stuff. That they can treat people this way.
