Re: upfront medicals, I guess it depends on where you are located. I just found out that I have to wait a month to get my medicals done let alone sent to CIC so that's going to delay my application for sometime. So check first and if it's going to take sometime, make an appointment and wait.

Just received my GCMS notes and same thing. Nothing has started yet except Criminality which is in progress. They did RCMP screening as well. There were other notes that I didn't get but didn't look very important.

Did you get more than one email from them? Or just that registration with tracking number email?

There is a lot of people who have applied in 2012 or 2011 and are under the old rules. So we should still discuss rejections happening prior to new rules as well since there is still a lot of applicants who didn't hear fro CIC. Maybe 3 threads? One for undergrad, one for workers and one for 1yr...
