Here is my timeline, NOC 2175 closed WP with LMIA. Feb 20, 2020 Application Submitted Feb 21, 2020 Biometric Request Feb 28, 2020 Biometric Submitted Nothing then, still waiting, i am at 26th week. I saw UAE processing time is updated to 33 weeks.

We'll know this week what they say, even if you have job offer they can decline the nomination application unless you have work permit and living inside Alberta.

They are good to go forward with their PR process. This affects only those outlanders who are seeking nomination of Alberta.

For those who already received nomination early this year do not need to worry, they have passed this step and they need to proceed with their PR application to federal government.

Canada is not taking outland applicants for now, now sure till when.

Create EE profile, select Alberta as your intended province, then wait they will select you if your NOC is in demand there, but they are not sending NOIs to outlanders for now.
