They allocate file number once you apply for PNP after getting NOI. I got NOI in early March 2020, then i applied for PNP and got file number from them, as my application was processing, this lockdown happened due to pandemic and they stopped processing outlander's applications. I hope too, did you got file number before they imposed Covid-19 changes? I have file number before these changes affected, i am not sure when they will resume, they will resume on our files which are already submitted or we have to re-apply?

They are not sending NOIs to outlanders until further notice. We are also stuck.

From start the process, what you think they will resume processing all applications for which they have already issued file numbers even for outlanders?

That means that people who received file number from Alberta and are outlanders, their applications are on hold until further notice. Once federal starts or resumes outlanders draws, Alberta will RESUMES those outlanders applications on hold if their EE is not expired?

Do you have any idea when they will resume processing for outlanders? As we have applied already and got file numbers, will they continue with this already submitted file or they are going to ask us to send it again?

They said they will not process it until further notice. Lets see when, i hope they will resume it in June as things related to Covid are getting better in Canada.
