    Hi My wife's PCC covered last 27 years of her stay in Pakistan. She was born in city A in Pakistan where she spent early 4 years of her life then moved to address B where she stayed last 37 years, we have her PCC for these last 27 years, do we need to submit PCC for early 4 years of her life too ?
