Yes my consultant uploaded both these with the application. Now sure why you are unable to upload these, i remember he merged PDF documents in single file in many cases.

Do you have valid LMIA ?

IELTS is not required in work permit but if you have IELTS with great score it adds real plus to your work permit application. Also its not required in work permit application BUT visa officer can ask to appear in IELTS if the job language requirement is in English.

For expedite request, ask you employer to get you a letter with essential nature of your job and send it to your visa processing office.

I am at 28 weeks now, no update yet, its always showing we are processing your application. I read some folks got approvals as well recently.

LMIA approval or process takes 4 to 5 months in normal circumstances, now during pandemic it can take more time. Mine was approved in 2019 in 4.5 months when things were normal.
