Help with GCMS notes for TRV Please!

My last note only says,

“Applicant applied for TRV with COVID condition to meet spouse which he seems to met, however there is concern with application and relationship. There is FC1 in progress, please see GCMS notes”

The concerns will be described in your spousal application GCMS notes. FC1 refers to the family class application.

They doubt your relationship.

LMIA based Closed work permit
Application date : 3rd March 2020
Biometrics Enrolment : 6th March 2020
Medical Request : 12th May 2020
Medical Passed : 23rd May 2020
Biometrics Correspondence letter : 2nd June 2020 (Delhi)

Application is showing in progress.

VACs in India are closed
I also heard that they asked for passport request within 2 weeks after getting Biomerics correspondence letter.

I applied on work permit with spouse and one kid, i have closed LMIA in NOC 2175, my application was submitted on 20th Feb 2020. Recently ordered GCMS notes which are as follows:

Eligibility: Recommend Interview
Security: Blank
HIV: Blank
Criminality: Passed - Bio
Org Crime: blank
Medical: blank
Misrep: blank
Other Req: not started
Counterfoil: Yes

Recommend Interview is written at this place only, nowhere else. Application is being processed at UAE office, the estimate time is 53 weeks, i am at 33 weeks of processing. No other comments in whole GCMS notes, could you please help in evaluating all this information?
