submitted application online on 20th Feb 2020, biometric done on 27 Feb 2020.

In November, it took almost 30 days.

Got GCMS notes, background and security passed, while on eligibility one officer mentioned "recommend interview" not sure why, no medical request yet and waiting for BVL too.

All work permit applications from Pakistan are processed at UAE office. My background and security is passed while on eligibility "recommend interveiw" is mentioned in my GCMS notes. Let see how it goes.
