Due date means nothing. In my last GCMS notes I've had both security and criminality in progress with due date: August 12th. I have received those notes on November 27th - 3.5 months past due dates.

If you left Canada in Feb 2013 (almost 2 years ago) you only have a maximum of just over 1 year of qualifying experience within last 3 years. NOC 2171 is skill type A, which unded CEC requires you to have language skill level of 7 or higher. Yours isn't.
