Do I need to supply status documents if I'm a visitor (not on a visa)?

I'm pretty sure I must have had some mistakes... They know the cbsa entries and us, so it's more about others I feel.

You need to file amended tax returns to disclose the money you've had all along. They may wonder where 200k showed up all of a sudden...

This visa has nothing to do with Canada, it's a US thing. You are the one that needs to get informed about immigration laws and rules, you can't expect for anyone else to do this for you.

Unfortunately I also know what it is to be questioned about your intentions and life situation at borders. The good thing is that it will eventually end but the bad is that until you get your PR you will always be taken in to secondary. If I understand correctly you were issue a visitor record...

15 months suggests an unusual application, surely there must be details pertinent to your application you have not disclosed to us. When you applied some Americans applications were being done in 4-6 months.

Transferring money from the US to Canada with minimal fees?

    Inland Sponsorship DUI Trouble

Not that I approve of illegal actions but they could apply Outland since Canada has no record of her entering. She could get travel insurance too from USA. At any rate, given they're two years away from applying it seems to me that it's an untenable situation.
