    MARCH 2017 *OUTLAND SPOUSAL APPLICANT*

I cannot even look up my application through ECAS, can never find my application. Is it normal for my spouse to have a difference UCI than me? There's no ways to communicate with a human, this is the most frustrating process I've ever been involved in.

She's Canadian and my son although born in US, is also Canadian since he's born from a Canadian mom. As I said, I'd bring a copy of part of our application as well as the number, proof of her job, etc.
