Bro, i cannot predict the outcome it depends on ur file. What documents u submitted and how you prove that ur genuine visitor. If it takes long usually it means positive outcome but some rare cases if they find any adverse information on u they may refuse even after waiting few months. So good...

No way to check exact processing times. You can only wait. Usually it takes 2-3 weeks after they start reviewing ur eligibility and some cases months.

@Bryanna is it possible VO works on Saturdays? Coz my brother in law got his passport visa stamped yesterday. He got his ppr on 4/04 but visa issue date is 24/03 on passport.

Obeviously they have to put passport dob otherwise it is offence in india to give wrong information for passport. Just use passport details.
