Bro you need to think about purpose of visit, ppl go to canada for tourism purposes or family functions not for pilgrimage. Punjab celebrate vaisakhi way more than surrey. VO won’t be convinced for ur particularly visiting canada just to see parade. You know everything, VOs are smart.

Last week My brother noticed update online but no email was sent. No change in the status. His application was updated to reviewing eligibility two weeks back. I dunno what are they doing with the file? Only updates details column no actual updates. Its been one month complete.

Background checks take long time. You could send them enquiry. I reckon if they wanted to refuse u they wud not take this long.

Looks like they are not issuing visas this week. I haven’t noticed anyone got visa this week. My brother got update last Wednesday for review of eligibility after that nothing. Applied on 19 feb.

U need to have minimum 6 months validity of ur passport when u fly otherwise u maybe refused entry and it takes around one month for visa to be processed and its depends on individual circumstances and documents. I wud suggest u to renew ur passport then only apply. U might get passport within 1...

Cic updated my brothers application 3 days back that they are reviewing eligibility but no decision yet. Lodged on 19 feb. Hopefully by next week we have a decision.

I guess you just need petience thats it, u writing same thing everyday and it won’t change anything by writing here. When its their turn they will get the visas. So just relax. No need to unnecessarily worry about it coz it won’t change anything.

Its not the case, my brother submitted 2 years IT returns and he still waiting for decision. Applied online on 19 Feb. no eligibility started yet.
