Hi @Bryanna,

I need your valueable feedback again, as my sister going to apply for her daughter’s visa. As both the parents recently been approved and they onlygot it after the purpose of visit was elapsed.

Since my niece is going to have summer holidays next month, they planning on applying for her visa. My niece has traveled to Australia once before in her last summer holidays and has held australian visa twice.

If you could tell me if they need to submit her father’s all documentation which was submitted before? E.g employment letter cum NOC, bank statement, income tax return. What shud they include in her application as she was the major tie to india to prove that they will be back in her parents trv?

Any advise would be highly appreciated.

Thanks

Your niece must include:
1. Proofs of enrollment for the next academic year i.e. tuition fee receipts + letter from the school that would state she is a bona fide student and the summer holiday duration + her mark sheets for the previous academic year + student ID, etc

2. A detailed day-by-day visit with expense estimates

3. Her dad's bank statement for 6 months + financial investments + his credit card statements for the last 2-3 months + his IT returns. His liquid funds must be able to pay for himself, your sister and your niece

4. Proof that he must return to his workplace by a specific date (Leave approval letter + any other work commitments). Similar evidence for your sister

4. Do include a cover letter. In this, colour scan and include her previous Australian visas + a short Travel History sub-section + state her parents have been issued TRVs (give the details) and she will accompany them

5. Do include flight itineraries/tentative bookings for your sister and her husband

Hi Bryanna,

After answering eligibility questions on cic website it generated Checklist documents which was required with the application but i am not sure if its really required for minor applicant i.e

1. IMM5475e authority to release information
2. Imm5476e representative form

My question is if these forms must be submitted, do minor applicant required to sign the documents?

Thank you

Your sister would be applying on behalf of your niece because she is a minor. If you submit an online application, it your sister must answer 'Yes' to 'Applying on behalf of someone', answer 'Yes' to 'Are you applying on behalf of a minor', etc.... and complete the Parent/Guardian representative details.

No, your minor niece cannot sign the form. Your sister will sign it
