OLD IN PROCESS VS NEW IN PROCESS ON ECAS EXPLAINED

Thanks for the insight, Eagle. I did order his notes and got them today......and well, I'm so disappointed because the last set of notes had some odd things under the "activity" title. I emailed CIC asking SPECIFICALLY about those activities and referring to the GCMS notes. This time when I...

OLD IN PROCESS VS NEW IN PROCESS ON ECAS EXPLAINED

Hey Eagle333, you've been so helpful to everyone here; +1 for you Anyway, I also have a question and hopefully you're able to have some insight. You can see my TL on my profile; anyway, I had sent a fax over to CSIS to inquire whether or not they had been asked to do a security screening for...

    CIC Security Screening / CSIS

I had sent in a case-specific inquiry about a month ago or so...then MP inquiries etc as well. I don't want to keep bothering them and like you said, have them throw us in the interview line. It's so tough deciding what the right thing to do is. Anyway, my husband got a request to do his...

    Afghanistan Spouse Sponsorship thru India

He went to the doctor's clinic in Karte Parwan, not the IOM office that's why he was able to go in on Saturday. MMR is the measles, mumps, rubella vaccine--my husband got it from a clinic close to the doctor's office; you can probably call them and ask where to get it. and Polio vaccine you can...

My husband just went to get his meds done today and he paid $330 >:( >:( And now they ask for proof of vaccination for Polio and MMR so make sure you have those so there is no delay in the process

    CIC Security Screening / CSIS

You're right...I guess it just sucks that ours had to be one of them. BTW I got a reply from my MP's office, and they were told that a second round of BGC was conducted about a month ago. Mind boggling! Does this mean they were just twiddling their thumbs up until a month ago when the last BGC...

There had been changes in his employment position so I guess that's why they had asked us to resend them. We had filled them out in the beginning of the application process as well.

    Afghanistan Spouse Sponsorship thru India

Lol trust me, I've done more than an MP inquiry. I am in constant contact with them as well as with a lawyer and this medical request seems like the light at the end of the tunnel = D Yes, he's a government employee, which can be why the BCK took so long, but I'm thankful that it's close to...

    CIC Security Screening / CSIS

Yeah quiet unfair to be honest. And I've seen people who have had their application processed in less than a year and they have more travel/employment history. They just like to pick and choose

    CIC Security Screening / CSIS

That's what I was thinking too because we should have heard something by now if the screening has finished in mid-2014. I had sent in a case specific inquiry almost every month and I finally got a reply about a month ago saying that my file was waiting for "review" and now according to my MP's...

Afghan Spousal Sponsorship Via CHC Islamabad

That's odd...usually CIC would be the ones sending the file to NDVO, you only have to submit it to Mississauga. I really hope they're not transferring all the applications back to Islamabad, that would be just stupid.

    Afghanistan Spouse Sponsorship thru India

Wow that is sooo sketchy. How did they even find your information and how do they know that you have a CIC application in process? All that info is supposed to be confidential. That's just ridiculous!
