Wow you have been waiting for a year more than me. Is it a husband case or wife? And have you ordered your notes or talked to your local MP (even though they're usually not that helpful)?

Yep we are both in the same boat then! I also applied in November 2012 and husband's meds have already expired and still no news of ppr. Inshallah I hope we get it in this blessed month of Ramadan. Schedule A was the IMM5669 FORM

Salaam, when did you apply? I've also been waiting for 30 months now! My husband got request to refill schedule A form in December and nothing since then

Well it's the ministry of citizenship and immigration (CIC) that the MP asks from regarding the cases. And same with me...background checks are on-going. Khuda khair kuna :(

My MP's office is useless...all he said was that they haven't received an answer from the ministry regarding the medicals and that he'll get back to me about it.

Yep I've been in contact with my MP since last August but it hasn't been of any benefit. All I get is "background checks are being done". I sent an enquiry a couple of days ago as well and he said they've recently been receiving a lot of enquiries so it might take a little while to reply back...

My husband's meds expire in about 3 days so most likely will have to redo them too :(

Welcome to the forums....please share your timeline. Btw I ordered noted more than a month ago and still haven't received them...they emailed saying they've put my request as a priority (this was on Thursday) but still no notes....anyone else have a similar experience? I hope it doesn't mean...

Nope he won't be taxed, but you just have to tell them about it. If you don't then you get fined (unless they don't find out , but that's risky)

Wow it's so weird how all those cases that went "in process" in June are the only ones left from 2012. Mine also went in process June 2014 and still nothing.

Re: Hi guys Were you on welfare is that why you didn't apply for so long? Having/not having a job will not impact your sponsorship unless you were/are on welfare. You just have to include a letter explaining how you plan to support yourself and your spouse. Also, someone I know didn't apply for...

My sis-n-law submitted her PP on April 15 and got visa today so it took her exactly 1 week.

Yeah there's one other member who is from 2012...so 3 of us :-[ :-[
