The annex A is usually toward the end of the passport request mail or email. Take a look and it should be there. It’s normally provided by IRCC.

Update: documents reached IRCC on Feb 28 using FedEx from the USA and it was approved today. Now awaiting tracker activation.

Approved today with document received by IRCC in Feb 28. I sent my documents with FedEx from USA. Awaiting tracker activation, hopefully it’s this week.

Finally. I hope they activate your tracker quickly. I am close to 2 weeks without any update so I’m not hoping to receive mine quickly as some lucky folks do. Lol

Yes you can travel by then. If you have a visa as well then make sure you travel before the earlier of the two expiration. Also your stay would not be considered illegal as you would be a PR.

If you have not ordered notes then you should to see what’s holding your application back.
