I used UPS mailbox and it was acceptable. I have since received my PR card in the mailbox and had UPS forward it to my address in the USA.

Yes I could have chosen how I land, either at POE or IRCC office. The IRCC route was much longer so I chose the POE route as I was making a trip out of the country anyways. Also RFV is the same as PPR email.

If they call you for landing interview then they will transfer your file to Ottawa.
