I just saw some folks with documents received by Ottawa on Feb 25 and 26 got approval.

Anyone with documents received by Ottawa during the last week of February receive any update? Any idea what's the lsat date with updates?

I am way behind all of you with an Ottawa receive date of Feb 28. Just have to wait.

This is slightly different from the specific instructions as provided by IRCC to me when I sent Ottawa an email. As such I followed what they told me and also posted it in this forum. I just repeated verbatum.

From reading here I thought that your application is approved first and then it goes to the printing room (for those requiring a visa) which takes about a week. Therefore it can be anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks for those requiring visa which is what you said.

Hi all, Is the goods to follow needs to be presented by the primary applicant during my landing or can that goods to follow be presented by my dependents when they do landing at a later date? Thanks. Mike

Actually everyone needs to submit a prepaid envelope. Your approval per your indication took a while but your activation based on your dates was rather quick.

Canada Post system sucks at updates. At least you know that your passport was received now. All the best.

I guess Canada Post is much like USPS. I guess all government entities are the same. I never had an issue with FedEx or UPS but did with USPS.

Crap. Then I guess it just depends on the person opening the email. What about web form - I’m sure you’ve done that too. Just keep trying. I’ve sent a few emails to them too requesting their courier address and didn’t get any reply until this lucky day. So keep trying. You will surely get it soon.

The Privacy Act is for persons in Canada and there is no fee. However, request for individual not in Canada must be made through the Access to Information Act and there is a fee. Therefore, if the record is only for yourself who is living in Canada then you can go ahead and request the records...

Call IRCC. You will have to ask specific question such as the status of your eligibility, criminality, and security.
