We can't be cool as I don't know you! ;D. If you're nervous that your application does not have a cover letter, don't worry about it. No where on the CIC website does it say that applicants need to submit a cover letter for FSW '14, so you should be fine.

I'm yet to see any official CIC document / weblink that says that having a PR of another nation impacts the processing of Canadian PR. So, I think you should be fine. Good luck!

Hey Mikeypm, I notice that you have a British flag on your profile pic. So, I assume that you're from the UK. You mention that you'll choose CPC-O as your VO if you receive a PER. Can one do that? In other words, can someone choose a VO in a country other than theirs for processing?
