I've heard on this forum that the Citizenship Minister has instructed CIC to complete the FSW '14 process before the start of the express entry program in '15. Is there any truth to this? If anyone knows for sure, could you please provide an official link or some other reliable source (law firm /newspaper link)?

Very well said!!! + 1 on the suggestion!!!

Not sure why folks from India want to take chances with a CC knowing very well how quickly and suddenly RBI regulation / Bank mandate can screw their happiness and their hard work of several months! ???

DD for sure....!!!

Outgo is immediate, but peace of mind is priceless.

Using an international bank CC would be preferable, like Citi. Do check your limit with the bank though, you may be good to go but being double sure wouldn't hurt.

CC payment Not recommended even with an International bank.

what if the card is damaged and requires a replacement ?
What if the credit limit is changed overnight by bank ?
What if the bank makes changes in their policy ?

too many If's !!!! risk not worth taking. !!!
