Hi, as 2171 as capped out, the only choice you have under FSW 2014 is to see if you can apply under any other NOC where the CAP has not yet filled (also the current CAP is not near to being filled!). i.e., check if your work experience has duties that can be matched to other NOC's in FSW 2014...

I do not think rest of applicants who did not fall in the capp will automatically get into Express Entry. The application submission needs to be done again!

I suggest you to get correct WES reports at the earliest as it will help you if CIC asks for it. WES takes time so my suggestion is to start the correction process. All the best

As per current rules, yes, your score is good enough but no one currently knows the language score requirements in EE. If rumors are true and they go Australian way ( 7.0 in each module), then you are not. You need to wait till EE requirements are announced to be sure!

So there is no way to know if our application is within cap unless application fee is charged? How do they process 500+ application in a week? Any idea?

Thanks. I heard CIC have backlog of applications received, in this case what does "received till date" mean. Also, when I say processed I meant opened application and checked which NOC and whether all forms are correct. How else can they know cap limit has complete applications?

I think it means "processed till date". My application reached on last week of October for 2171. I am now worried. Is there anyone who have sent application for 2171 in October whose visa fees has been charged?

If you are ready with all your documents, then I think yes you should apply. The current applications received for 2171 is 553 and that is still half way for the 1000 cap limit. Express Entry is expected to start from 1 Jan 2015 and I think getting into the known is better then unknown as still...

Looking at current cap limits, 2172 is still standing at 134. I think you should go with 2172 and send your application a.s.a.p.
